Impact Alabama’s fundamental staffing model relies on employing talented, intelligent, and socially conscious recent college graduates for one or two years following graduation. Our team members travel statewide to implement our signature initiatives, earning only a modest stipend for their tremendous service.

Addie Mancuso
Regional Coordinator
Addie Mancuso, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, graduated magna cum laude and with University Honors from The University of Alabama in December 2010 with degrees in classics and history. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Kappa, Eta Sigma Phi and Order of Omega honor societies. While at UA, Addie served as the Treasurer of Mortar Board, the Secretary-Treasurer of the Coordinating Council of Honor Societies, a Senator for the Student Government Association, and the Chair of the Creative Campus Team of Freshman Forum. Addie was also very involved with her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, where she was the New Member Chair and Vice President-Standards. As a senior, she received the Cynthia McMillian Lanford Award for her dedication, service, and involvement with the chapter. Addie also volunteered in the community, spending time at the Good Samaritan Clinic and Matthew’s Elementary. During the fall of 2010, she spent a semester studying abroad in Florence, Italy. After her time with Impact, Addie plans to attend graduate school.
