Impact Alabama’s fundamental staffing model relies on employing talented, intelligent, and socially conscious recent college graduates for one or two years following graduation. Our team members travel statewide to implement our signature initiatives, earning only a modest stipend for their tremendous service.

Kaitlin Nobles
Regional Coordinator
Kaitlin Nobles, a native of Pinson, AL, graduated cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College in May 2011 with a degree in economics. While studying at BSC, Kaitlin served as Re-entry Advisor within the International Programs office and as a Resident Advisor in on-campus residence halls. She was an active member in the Honors Program, presenting two papers at the Southern Regional Honors Conference, and was also a member of the school’s Mortar Board. In addition, she spent one semester participating in a study abroad program in Peru. Kaitlin was a Campus Fellow for Impact Alabama for three years. After her time with Impact, she plans to attend graduate school to study international and poverty economics.
